Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shoospot.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
